The biggest thing is to get to the source o...Jim,<br /> The biggest thing is to get to the source of the problem. 9 times out of 10 your knee is dipping in, maybe only a tiny little bit. The key is finding why and addressing that underlying weakness. <br /> I suggest careful deep squats as a great starting point but seeing a PT is your best bet.<br /> Now that is the real fix. The short term fix is to roll the shit out of it. The best is to take a firm lacrosse ball or racket ball and start at the knee. leave it basically in the same place for at least 20 seconds then roll on it up one inch or so. Stay on it another 20 to 30 seconds and roll another inch.
